There’s no need to book ahead as it is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. The on-site campground manager will collect your camping fees.

Bowali Visitor Centre is close-by, and popular Kakadu sites Burrungkuy (Nourlangie), Nawurlandja, Nanguluwurr and Kubara are all within 25 minutes drive.

For bushwalkers the site features a 3.8 km circular walk – allow about 2  hours – across a small grassy floodplain and along Burdulba Billabong.
