NAIDOC Week celebration
Kakadu National Park will be hosting a day of celebration at Bowali Visitor Centre on 11 July. We will be providing free on site activities, movie screenings, arts and cultural workshops, sausage sizzle, giveaways and more.
National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in July each year. NAIDOC celebrates and recognises the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC events are an opportunity to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.
