NAIDOC week
National NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia in the first week of July each year (Sunday to Sunday), to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC events are an opportunity to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth.
Kakadu National Park is hosting a day of celebration at Bowali Visitor centre on Friday 10 July. We will be providing on site activities, art and cultural workshops, a free BBQ, kids games and crafts and more.

*Some workshops have limited capacity, arrive early to secure a place.
