Kungkas can cook is a bush food enterprise owned and founded by Rayleen Brown. 

For more than 20 years, Rayleen has been sharing the flavours and stories of bush foods enjoyed by Aboriginal communities for over 60,000 years. 

A leader in the bush foods and Indigenous tourism space, Rayleen is passionate about cultural knowledge preservation, ethical supply chains and creating opportunities for First Nations communities through food and storytelling. 

Rayleen is also Chair of the First Nations Bushfoods and Botanicals Alliance Australia, and her award-winning work has been featured on MasterChef Australia, BBC, ABC and in national food and tourism campaigns.
